Q1. Create a Presentation (10 Marks)

a) Create a new PowerPoint presentation with at least 5 slides.
b) Title Slide: Add a suitable title and subtitle.
c) Use the Title and Content layout for the remaining slides.


Q2. Formatting Slides (10 Marks)

a) Apply a theme to the entire presentation.
b) Use at least two different slide layouts.
c) Change background color or use an image as the background for one slide.


Q3. Insert & Format Text and Images (10 Marks)

a) Add bullet points and format them (font size, color).
b) Insert an image and resize, crop, and apply a picture style.
c) Use WordArt to format a heading.


Q4. Insert Shapes, SmartArt & Chart (10 Marks)

a) Insert at least 3 shapes and add text inside them.
b) Use SmartArt to represent a process or cycle.
c) Insert a Chart (e.g., bar or pie) to represent sample data.


Q5. Slide Transitions & Animations (10 Marks)

a) Apply different slide transitions to each slide.
b) Apply animations to at least 3 objects (text or image).
c) Set animations to start on click / with previous / after previous.


Q6. Hyperlinking & Action Buttons (10 Marks)

a) Create a Table of Contents slide with hyperlinks to other slides.
b) Add an action button that links to the last slide.
c) Insert a hyperlink to a website or email address.


Q7. Slide Show Settings (10 Marks)

a) Set the presentation to run in full screen mode.
b) Use Slide Show → Rehearse Timings and save the timings.
c) Add speaker notes to at least two slides.


Q8. Save & Export (10 Marks)

a) Save your presentation as .pptx
b) Export the presentation as a PDF file
c) Save the presentation as a video (MP4 or WMV)
