  1. Create a company in Tally named "XYZ Traders" with the following:

  • Books beginning from: 1-April-2024

  • Currency: ₹ INR

  • GST Enabled: Yes (GSTIN: 29ABCDE1234F1Z5)
    Then, create the following ledgers:

  • Capital Account – ₹2,00,000

  • Bank Account – ₹50,000 (under Bank A/c)

  • Purchase A/c and Sales A/c

  1. Journalize the following transactions in Tally using appropriate vouchers:

  • April 1: Started business with ₹1,00,000

  • April 2: Purchased goods from Raj Traders ₹10,000

  • April 3: Sold goods to Rahul ₹12,000

  • April 4: Paid salary ₹5,000

  • April 5: Received ₹12,000 from Rahul

  1. Explain the use of Inventory in Tally. Create stock groups and stock items for a shop selling:

  • Mobile Phones (Samsung, Realme)

  • Accessories (Chargers, Earphones)
    Also, pass a purchase entry for 5 Samsung phones and 10 chargers.
